PACKAGING

Environmental responsibility matters to us, therefore we, at Petar Petrov offer an eco-friendly packaging in the highest quality to ensure you a distinct shopping experience with us.

Our eco box is made out of sustainably sourced recycled cardboard, it is plastic free and recyclable. Additionally, you can choose to receive our handmade zippered canvas case which is crafted from 100% natural cotton. 

SHIPPING METHODS

All deliveries are handled through UPS Standard or DHL Express.

Shipments sent by Petar Petrov are insured against theft and accident damage by our courier partners. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

For security reasons, we do not deliver to post office boxes and in case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

Our main service hours for processing and sending orders are Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm CET (with the exception of Austrian public holidays).

SHIPPING COSTS 

For shipments within Austria, we offer free DHL Express shipping.

We also offer same day delivery for Vienna, please contact our customer service to organise it for you.

We offer free UPS Standard shipping for the following countries:
Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia (mainland only), Finland, France (mainland only), Germany (mainland only), Greece (mainland only), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (mainland only), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (mainland only), Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (mainland only).

For all other countries we offer express shipments only. 

The shipping costs for express shipments depend on your delivery country. Please refer to the below table for detailed information.

As soon as we have dispatched your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or UPS tracking number.

DUTIES & TAXES

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include customer duties and taxes and are thus listed as gross prices.

For all other countries we will deliver as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). If you select one of those countries, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for where you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs.

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt. 

How to return one or more articles?

1. Take the UPS Return Label & Return Invoice from the envelope

2. Exchange the current UPS label on the package with the return label

3. Please fill out the Return Invoice by ticking the items you are returning and the reason for return

4. Please include the Return Invoice to the package you’re returning

5. Finally, you can drop off your parcel at the most convenient UPS or DHL service point or arrange a pick up at an address chosen by you. All costs & fees are already prepaid.

ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO US UNUSED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS AND SEALS INTACT AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING PROVIDED.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows any signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in such case, the item(s) will be sent back to you.

UPS Standard

For returns with UPS please visit https://www.ups.com/and select your country at the top of the site. You can either call UPS customer service to schedule a collection or drop off your parcel at a convenient UPS service point.

DHL Express

For returns with DHL please visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/and select your country at the top of the site. You can schedule the collection directly online or call DHL customer service. Alternatively, you can visit https://locator.dhl.com/and drop off your parcel at a convenient DHL service point.

Returns outside of the EU

Please fill out the Returns Invoice by ticking the items you are returning, include it in the package and additionally insert three copies in the see-through envelope and attach it to the package for customs purposes.
